Terry was saved at the age of 8 in a small church in Bud, West Virginia. In 1999, he became a deacon at Sink Valley Baptist Church in Butler, TN where he served in that roll for 3 years. In 2002, Terry surrendered to the Lord's call to preach his word. He wasn't sure at that time in what direction or field that would take him but thankfully it lead him to Heavenly Light Baptist in February 2003.
Melissa grew up in Sink Valley Baptist Church and was saved around the age of 12 at home on a Wednesday night after Preacher Fred Fox preached a message that brought her under conviction.She started playing the piano after she was married and is now the pianist at Heavenly Light Baptist Church.
Terry and Melissa were married in 1988. They have 2 sons and 2 grandsons. They have a passion to serve Christ and others.
